Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resources from the University of South Florida and a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University in Professional Counseling. Debra’s practice specialties include developmental trauma and memory healing, anxiety, panic and phobia desensitization, grief, loss and bereavement, anger and stress management, relational and codependency issues, self-esteem, personal growth, spirituality and life purpose issues.
Debra offers psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals from age 18 and up; she is also experienced in coaching and motivation, career counseling and psychoeducational group facilitation leading groups on anxiety, codependency and personality differences.
Debra is an interactive, cognitive behavioral therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
